Matt is the managing director of THE LINCOR GROUP, formerly Management Recruiters of Columbus-Grove City. 

Prior to founding THE LINCOR GROUP, Matt spent 17 years in the corportate retail real estate arena with fortune 500 companies Limited Brands and Big Lots.
